I had a great time shooting fireworks. I went to the Idaho Falls Firework Show and it was amazing. I did not have a tripod, so I had to hold my camera steady on my knees. Without a tripod it was hard to get longer exposure shots, so I used a shutter speed of 1/10 and a f/8 aperture. It was very dark, so I bumped my ISO up to 2500. I was able to capture these shots with these settings. In post, I adjusted the shadows and exposure to make the fireworks pop. I also took a couple of the firework shots and merged them together in photoshop using masks and layers. That is how I accomplished the first photo. There is 3 different firework shots just in the first photo.
